State Banking Association Relationships
BancInsure has built strong relationships with the fifteen state bankers’ associations
that previously owned the Company. These relationships continue in the form of exclusive
endorsements of BancInsure and its products. BancInsure is fully committed to maximize
this unique relationship through product development and joint marketing programs.
BancInsure agents in these states continue to office within the state association
offices. This approach provides continuity of operations and synergy between the
insurance company, state association and its membership. This is a powerful method
to ensure a banker’s perspective influences the Company.
In addition to the exclusive endorsement of the original fifteen owner states, BancInsure
has secured and enjoys the endorsement of five additional financial institution
trade association groups. Together, these relationships are the foundation of BancInsure,
helping to support and build the Company for the future.

Claims
BancInsure believes that bankers are the experts at understanding banking needs.
For this reason, the Claims Committee was created to consult in complex and unique
claims cases in order to provide guidance and insight. In the past, the Claims Committee
has consisted of banking executives and now consists of four individuals, three
of which are experienced in banking. Exceptional customer service is always provided
in settling claims at BancInsure. Knowledgeable and dedicated claims adjusters handle
each incoming claim with efficiency and confidence. Mr. Les Nesvig, a career North
Dakota banker, continues as Chair of the Claims Committee.
